At Sundial, we source with integrity and inspect every pair of footwear for quality, labeling, and SKU accuracy before it leaves our facility. We stand behind our process—which is why we offer a 110% guarantee if we fail to deliver exactly what you ordered.

When Does the 110% Guarantee Apply?

The 110% payout is strictly contingent upon a fulfillment mistake made by Sundial. You qualify for this guarantee if:

 Fulfillment Error: We ship the incorrect brand, style, colorway, or size relative to your original invoice.

 Condition Mismatch: An item tier is incorrectly labeled (e.g., a "Second Light" used item shipped when you ordered "Brand New").

 Authenticity Discrepancy: In the rare event an item is verifiably proven counterfeit by a reputable, recognized third-party authentication service.

If any of the above errors occur, we will issue your choice of a full refund, exchange, or store credit—plus an additional 10% bonus of the purchase price to make up for the hassle.

What Is Covered Under Our Standard Policy Instead?

If there is no mistake on our part, our Standard Return Policy applies (not the 110% guarantee). The following scenarios qualify only for standard returns/exchanges and do not receive the 10% bonus:

 Change of mind or buyer's remorse.

 Sizing issues where the shoe size matches your order invoice, but doesn't fit your foot structure comfortably.

Important Safeguards & Limitations

 The "One and Done" Rule: To ensure fair use of our system, the 110% guarantee is limited to a one-time claim per customer for any specific item or product line. Subsequent returns, re-orders, or exchanges for the same item/SKU by the same customer profile, shipping address, or payment account are strictly ineligible for the 10% bonus and will process under standard return terms.

 Condition of Return: Footwear must be tried on clean, indoor surfaces. Items must be returned in the exact condition received with all original retail tags and packaging intact.

 Claim Window: Accuracy claims must be initiated by emailing support@sundial777.com within 14 days of delivery for Second Light items, or 30 days for brand-new items. Photographic evidence of the discrepancy/error is required to process the claim.
