We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other external factors.
5. Returns & Restocking
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags attached. Select items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, including clearance items and those missing original packaging.

All products sold by Sundial are 100% authentic. If an item is found to be inauthentic, we will refund 110% of your original purchase price — that’s our Sundial Guarantee.
We do not offer manufacturer warranties unless otherwise stated on the product page.
