Returns & Exchanges (30-Day)
TL;DR: You have 30 days from delivery to mail back items. Returns are by mail, and return shipping is paid by the customer. We’ll refund to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
Return Window & Eligibility

Return window: 30 days from the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (shoe boxes/bags, tags attached).

Final Sale items (clearly marked at purchase) are not returnable.

For health/safety reasons, worn socks/underlayers can’t be returned.
How to Start a Return

Email Info@Sundial777.com with your order number and the item(s) you’re returning.

Use our prepaid label – we’ll email a label and deduct the label cost from your refund.

Pack items securely in their original packaging and include your order number inside the box.
Per our schema: Returns are by mail and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Exchanges

Want a different size/color? Start a return as above and place a new order for the item you want now.

We’ll refund the original once it’s back and inspected.
Refunds

Once your return is delivered to us, please allow 3–7 business days for inspection and processing.

Refunds go to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

If you used our prepaid label, its cost is deducted from the refund.
Defective / Wrong Item

If we made a mistake or an item is defective, email Info@Sundial777.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and fix it quickly.
Return Conditions

Returns received worn, washed, or missing packaging may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

Please ship with a trackable service. We aren’t responsible for returns lost in transit.
