TL;DR: We ship within the United States. Orders leave our warehouse fast, you’ll get tracking by email, and you can always reach us at Info@Sundial777.com with your order number.
Processing Times

Orders are processed 1–2 business days after payment is received (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 12pm may begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates (US)

We ship via major carriers (UPS/USPS/FedEx).

Exact rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your address and items.

Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be reflected at checkout.
Tracking

A shipping confirmation with tracking is emailed as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Tracking may take 24 hours to update after the label is created.
Split Shipments

If an order includes multiple items, they may ship in separate packages. You’ll receive tracking for each.
Address Changes & Order Edits

We can make changes until your order enters fulfillment. Email Info@Sundial777.com ASAP with the subject “Address Update – Order #[number]”.
Undeliverable / Refused Shipments

Packages returned to us as undeliverable are refunded minus original shipping once received back in sellable condition.
Lost or Damaged in Transit

If tracking hasn’t moved in 7 days or your order arrived damaged, contact Info@Sundial777.com.

Keep all packaging; we’ll help file a carrier claim and make it right.
