Shipping Policy (US)

TL;DR: We ship within the United States. Orders leave our warehouse fast, you’ll get tracking by email, and you can always reach us at Info@Sundial777.com with your order number.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed 1–2 business days after payment is received (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12pm may begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates (US)

  • We ship via major carriers (UPS/USPS/FedEx).

  • Exact rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your address and items.

  • Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be reflected at checkout.

Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation with tracking is emailed as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Tracking may take 24 hours to update after the label is created.

Split Shipments

  • If an order includes multiple items, they may ship in separate packages. You’ll receive tracking for each.

Address Changes & Order Edits

  • We can make changes until your order enters fulfillment. Email Info@Sundial777.com ASAP with the subject “Address Update – Order #[number]”.

Undeliverable / Refused Shipments

  • Packages returned to us as undeliverable are refunded minus original shipping once received back in sellable condition.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

  • If tracking hasn’t moved in 7 days or your order arrived damaged, contact Info@Sundial777.com.

  • Keep all packaging; we’ll help file a carrier claim and make it right.

This Shipping Policy applies to orders shipped within the United States. If you need international shipping, please reach out before ordering.
